The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, close to BTS Skytrain Stations Asok & Phrom Pong and several shopping centers, making it ideal for families. I was quite impressed with this hotel. The rooms, although slightly small, were very decently sized and clean. The all-in-one room remote control was a nice touch for convenience. However, the policy of no refunds without seeing the room first was a downside for me.
